If you are helping a friend, artist or performer build their career—but need industry knowledge, contracts, branding, booking systems and a professional support team—you can join 1977 as their managing liaison.

How the model works

  1. You introduce and continue serving the talent you already manage.
  2. The talent signs with 1977 The Agency through you as their assigned manager.
  3. 1977 provides the connected team, systems, opportunity support and agency infrastructure.
  4. You earn 7–10% of the talent compensation credited through the agency, according to your manager agreement.
