Representation & Onboarding Acknowledgments
Professional representation and conduct+
Talent agrees to communicate professionally, remain prepared, honor confirmed obligations, and conduct themselves in a manner that protects their career and the agency relationship.
Two-year representation term+
The representation relationship begins on the effective date of the final signed Management Agreement and continues for two (2) years unless ended earlier under the written termination provisions. Renewal, extension and any post-term commission obligations are governed only by the signed agreement.
Management commission and manager liaison+
1977 The Agency receives the management percentage stated in the final agreement from covered gross compensation. The standard agency commission is negotiated by tier and scope. Where a Talent Manager brings and directly services the talent, that manager may earn seven to ten percent (7–10%) of the talent compensation credited through 1977, as documented in the manager's separate agreement. No percentage is charged unless it appears in the signed agreement.
Services and talent responsibilities+
1977 provides the representation, coordination, development and opportunity services described in the selected tier. Talent must provide accurate records, remain responsive, keep availability current, supply requested materials, honor confirmed obligations and maintain professional readiness.
Cancellation, media, privacy and confidentiality+
Termination must follow the notice and cure language in the final agreement. Talent authorizes approved use of submitted images, biography and media for representation and promotion. Private records, client details, pricing and agency materials remain confidential.
